Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician 1 to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, be a self-starter with a positive outlook, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in pest control and sales is preferred. The role requires occasional travel to Ventura and Tulare to fulfill routes in those areas.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties.
– Identify, assess, and resolve pest infestations using company-approved methods.
– Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and procedures.
– Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided.
– Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions.
– Occasionally travel to Ventura and Tulare to cover assigned routes.

Requirements:
– Availability for full-time work.

– Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
– Preferred experience in pest control and sales.
– Ability to travel occasionally to Ventura and Tulare.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
